1jz aftermarket intake manifold

who makes a large intake manifold for the 1jz? im looking for something that i wont have to relocate everything... something like the 2jz that uses the stock throttle body and all the sensors.

I had a manifold similar to that for my old 1j.. It was custom though. I gave it to my buddy since I dont have a 1j anymore.

I know someone who can make you one but you would have to send your intake manifold as a core.

What exactly would you have to relocate??? The first one looks like a veilside intake... The second i don't know...

both manifolds are from ebay and with the veilside replica id have to relocate my fues box, battery, power steering res and extend some connectors on the harness... with the second manifold it looks more P&P with the factory parts but i havnt seen anyone with it and i dont want to be a ginny pig.

those e-bay manifold's are cast aluminum and look awfull in person.there just wavey as the ocean,with a ton of crudy slag inside.i ended up making my own plenum and just used the lower runner's.

which is why I sanded mine and cleared it.

Thats a good looking engine. I thought the ebay manifold wouldn't work with the factory Brake booster? Can't tell from the picture if you changed yours out to a smaller one.

I think that may apply to MKIIIs only..
