i agree, engine and serial number is on the block and not on the head..... unless we go way back and pull the 18rg/2tg/3tg/4tg out of toyota's ass since yamaha used to stamp the engine codes and serial numbers on those heads as well.

if you took a 1.5JZ and put a 3.4l 2jz stroker kit in it and an aftermarket head, standalone computer. Is it a 1jz? or a 2jz?

I like the 1.5JZ, i think people just like to talk shit cuz it's not a 2jz, well who gives a shit its much cheaper and almost as capable as a full on 2JZGTE so I end my rant with this........."SUCK IT"
