1g gte boost pressure

i have recently upped my boost to 0.8 bar whats the limit the engine will take? 2.0 twin turbo 1 ggte

whoa another 1G owner. cool. Got any pics of your car? Anyway most of the people (including me) have zero to no background on the infamous 1GGTE, so your chances would be better off finding some local forum with more 1ggte owners. But i would assume 1 bar should be nothing for those engines.

The 1G ECU cuts off the boost at 14 PSI. Mine is boosting at 11 PSI right now. What generation of 1G is your engine?

i have bleed valve fitted to boost turbo...... any ideas ??

stock head gasket is similar to 7m. Don't boost past 1.0 bar.

1991 2.0 1ggte so it will take 0.9 bar will there be any difference between 0.8 and 0.9?? also what other mods can i add for performance??

do fuel mods 1st. if theyre like the stock 7m's system (which they most undoubtedly are) thats where you should start. Fuel Pressure Regulator, injectors, fuel pump and tuning!
