1G DSM pop up projectors

hm i bet they'd perform well, especially with a HID kit, But i think it looks a little bit weird? iunno... kinda bug eyed.. makes it look like its on crack or something. Wish there was a pic of them on with the hood down. good find there.

not really my thing.. i think it would look better on a mk3 if it had a high/low set up and if the pop up's didnt raise up as high as stock. pretty good idea tho. go snag a set and try em out :biglaugh:

I was thinking the same thing about how high the pop up actually raises. That would be the key to making the car NOT Look like its on crack.

I was considering taking a vinyl sticker, pop 2 holes out of em and place it over the stock lights but i'm worried about lighting/visibility issues.

yea its a bit odd looking at full height with one lil projector sittin there. if it was a high/low set up, thats better. if it was half height or wahtever, that would be ideal
