If your back hurts you should probally go get it looked at by a doctor/chiropractor. Have them write a note if theres anything wrong and have the city pay for that too.

looks like it destroyed the upper pillowball mount, IIRC those are mcpherson strut setusp, so it probably pushed the bearing out of the assembly.

It's NOT safe to drive if that's what happened...
