I finally have time to continue my 1989 2jzmk3 swap. I got my 2jztt from an Aristo clip and I was planning on all sorts of upgrades before but now I just want to drop it in in stock form, stock twins, stock ecu, etc minimal upgrades due to rising gas prices. The stock 2j is quick enough for street use anyways.
To all who have done a stock 2jz swap in an mk3, just wondering how much im looking at spending. Im aware that there are going to be parts that need to be upgraded/modded no matter what, like the wiring harness, seals, and the clutch. I have the Aristo 2jz motor, 1j trans/bellhousing, stock twins, stock ecu, 1j engine brackets and 2j motor mounts. Thanks...
