Well I've been wanting to do a ridiculous swap for a while and this one just seemed to make sense. I had a parts car with a complete 7M and a pickup with a busted 20R. There's really only one answer to that problem ;)

Here's a couple pics of the tight clearances:

The exhaust stuff right now:
Right now it's VERY loud inside, so obviously I will be adding more than just the DP.

Interesting fact - The Supra front drive shaft had the same bore as the pickup rear drive shaft. I only had to redrill the bolt pattern in the flange. Also, the carrier bearing on the Supra drive shaft was in the same place as the pickup carrier bearing.

Exterior pics: It's going to stay this way for now, possibly forever lol.

It's about bloody time you put this up here!!!!!!!!!!!

It's great to see all the pics in one place aswell (instead of seeing them as things have been progressing :p)

Figured out yet how you're going to cover up the IC??

Excellent. I'm doing the same thing with my '94 4x4. I've got everything now, I just need time to build the motor. :(

Sick little truck!

Nah I haven't figured out what I want to do to hide the IC yet. I'm too focused on finishing the interior and the exhaust so that it's driveable without ear plugs lol.

Scott, I'm up in Spokane pretty regularly but haven't made it up there with the pickup. I am making a torque plate for Ryan (GC89) and when I bring that up to him I'll hopefully take the pickup there. I'll get a hold of you whenever I go to make the trip. Definitely would be up for cruising!

I just realized that you have a Supra seat in there. I did the same to my '94! :)

Haha yeah, this pickup is either original or supra. There are only a couple of custom parts and most of those are just brackets. I'm working on getting my supra catback exhaust on it right now. I'm hitting fuel cut and the consensus is that it's 'flowing too well' the wastegate can't open fast enough.
