There was a supra here in Memphis with 20 inch chrome snowflakes. He was stock and they fit with a little cutting of the fender liners and a fender roll. Looked like complete ass and was by far the slowest supra I have ever raced. Lightweight rims FTMFW!

They fit just fine on my car although mine are 8.5 and 9.5, tires are 245 front and 275 rear. Lowered on Tein HA coilovers, planning on being lower soon.

19" rims will absolutely fit on your A70...

Question will be how beefy of tires you plan to get.

I assume at this point if you're going 19's you probably aren't making enough power to try to hook up, ;) ....Or this is just for show.

Reguardless, 35mm sidewall will fit no problem at 8.5" width. 40 should be O-K, 45 I would have to question.

im also thinking of this!! i talked to borhor and there shouldnt be a problem with fitting but i think if its lowered 1.5 and 1 i think it should be lower , the i deal size is 245/35/19 and 275/30/19 in the rears. its going to be a rough ride!!

That would be me :naughty:
19s fit no trouble. i am on cusco adjustable coilovers lowered at least 30mm
I have 19/8.5 on the front and 19/10 in the back. Offset is 38 on the front and 35 on the back. Can't go any wider than 265/30 though as i think it will rub the arch.

Crazy? Maybe... I just like to do things that no one else has. I bet I'll be one of the only MKIIIs that low and 19s and looking good. If it looks bad I won't do it/keep it that way obv.

I found out one of my buddies has an actual fender roller so I'll see what he wants to let me borrow it for a weekend.
