Work and study hard, go to college and make wise decisions so you can get a good job to fund your future hobbies, whether it stays the Supra, or branches to something else.
For now, eat cake and enjoy your life.

Ahhh.. what it was like to be 16..
It's only been a little more than 10 years since I was 16, but if I could go back in time with the knowledge I have in my head right now, I am positive that I would have had so much more fun.

word of advice from a young guy that was there not too long ago. dont get consumed in your supra. theres alot more to life (especially teenage years) than working every minute so you can buy mods for your car or spending every weekend you have with your supra or supra events or whatever. dont forget to still be a teenager. this is really a hobby for older guys with a bit more flexibility in the pockets and such, but alot of us younger guys make it work anyway. lol

over the past couple years ive been balancing a normal life alot more with supra related stuff. you know, parties, girls, friends, other activities, whatever.

man, 16 o yea the good ol' days. have fun. remeber when they had college kids come to your school or a college student told u college is hard. and ur like yea what ever highschool is hard. well they're right college is way harder but its a differnet type of hard, its more of a self ambition you have to find. but it seems your already traveling down the path of pushing yourself toward your goals.
and do what TJ says, have fun in HS dont spend money on the supra. wait till college. :)

thanks guys for backin me up. just callin in like i see it (well saw it i guess)

i know i spent a bit more time with my car than i should have a few years ago, which probably was the result of less female phone numbers in my cell than some of my friends (been trying to fix that one ever since. slow progress >_<). lol. thats ok. car might not be in the state it is now where im pretty pleased with it and dont feel i need to spend my entire next paycheck on the car.

while we're on the advice thing. i dont know what its like where you live, but teens and alcohol usually start to mix around 16, 17 or so... its never been my thing and i dont drink, but some other people who never drank in high school, well... i see those people now and they lose theirselves in the alcohol in college... and those that did all that heavy drinking in high school mellowed out now. im not gonna tell you straight up dont do it because its bad, but if its one of those things that youre gonna try regardless of what anyone tells you, do it with moderation and be smart about it. might be better to know what youre dealing with than to have it take over your life a bit later when you get to college and you could probably find a can of beer easier than a glass of water... ive never experienced it myself obviously, but ive seen more than enough what it does to people in excessive amounts...

anyway, happy b-day. time to get your license and all that :D (is it still 16 where you are? i think someone told me they switched it to 18 in my state which i think kinda sucks, but oh well)

TJ drinking is only bad if you cant control your habits. I drink, but i know my limit and i know when its ok to drink and when i shouldnt drink. its all in the hands of the person, not the beer man. :)

yeah, i know its not totally bad. just not one of things i do. not because its illegal under 21 because i wouldnt get caught anyway. just dont do it.

when i go to parties with my friends, i make sure to keep them in check if theyve been drinking and always take their car keys before they start so they dont wander off somewhere without me knowing and do something stupid...

hehe, im always and have always been the DD for all the parties i go to with close friends, y because i know self controll. its not something that can be taught, its something that must be learned from experience.
I have lost 3 family members and 2 close friends to drunk drivers and 1 to drinking problems, another is on his way from drinking, soon our family will consist of 9 uncles and 10 aunts. :icon_cry:
