I have a bad connection with my female 12volt wire that connects to the male adaptor of the starter.Sometimes i go to turn the car on and the only thing that does'nt work is the starter.Everything else comes on.What the problem is that the connection seperates from the starter and i have to jack up the car and reconnect.when i got the starter on ebay the brown plastic houseing that surrounds the male part of the connection broke so their is no snap fit. What would be a good method to do like maybe glue?

The fucking starter...

That must be the single hardest part to replace on our cars that does not require removal of anything else.
you took the words rite out of my mouth.2 nuts and the one that is on the top is the F-IN hardest, but the bottom u just have to jack up the car and prey nothing gives.and i hate being in small placeses.I always have 2 jackstands and a hydrolic jack aswell cause i keep picturing my head looking like a watermellon after being smashed, scary picrure.

Awwww come on you guys... I changed mine in a little under an hour just the other day...

(After having done 3 before that took me hours upon hours...!)
Yeah i say an hour sounds about rite, cause most of that time is spent on taken that G- DAMM top nut off.if you have big hands it makes it kinda hard to squeeze behind the head.

I cut a open end wrench and welded the end at a right angle to the handle just for that nut, takes about 10 minutes to pull the starter now.
