Ahh man you really don't know?

Why would I? I've never been a big fan of the Nissan cars... hell, back then I wasn't even really a Toyota fan, or even a car fan, other than the obvious Lambo Countach that every guy in his early 20's was lusting over at the time. Not like any type of sports car was within my budget, or even future plans - I was working at a restaurant earning minimum wage, and my transportation was either a bicycle or a Ford Pinto.

The RX7's are awesome cars for everything you listed above. Although the 13BT had the apex seal issue they revised that though not 100% sure if it was on the 89 13BT or on the 13BREW. Bolt on FC Turbo II's are QUICK. Stock for stock the Supra would beat the FC. Modded i cant say ive never seen a bolt on FC race a bolt on MK3 but i might put my money on the RX7 if its healthy.

You forgot to add that they're light as hell and are total tin cans. The 80's RX7's weigh about as much as my Geo Metro and aren't as safe (although the 89-94 Metro's were death traps). Not sure on the APEX seal either, I did hear they did a lot of work to the Wankel for the RX8 and made the APEX seal much bigger and stronger. Too bad the Wankels lacked torque.

lol - I think he is a member here. He's right in a lot of ways, however, I'd like to see a list of competing sports cars from 1987 that were oh so much better.

He's a member on another forum that I go on called dorikaze.com . Its for old school toyota enthusiasts. most of them drive AE86 corollas and diss on supras all the time for being "underpowered boats". i dont even bother posting in that forum. just go to look at all the ghetto rigged shitboxes they drive lol

I knew about this when it was first published, and LOL'ed about it.

He's most certainly an Amateur who knows enough to be dangerous like 90% of Forum Members. ;)

He claims to own a Garage.

My Advice is to forget it, and just smile it off. :)

Nice post, Jeff. :) And Zum, that's borderline character assassination, right there! Or maybe it was suicide...

I'm fighting an internal debate over whether it's worth responding to the initial hate. To be honest, I don't think it's worthwhile, as I suspect he's made up his mind and won't be swayed by logic or fact.

I come from a land down under
There are people that Bag on the Veyron, THE best consumer car ever built, it's a bargain at the selling price and will never be repeated....
(before people jump up and down saying "this is faster/prettier blahblahblah" whatever I'm talking total package in a car that just about anyone can actually drive quickly in any conditions anywhere in the world)

Zum's pics confirm my suspicions, looking at his "fleet" and "workshop" he's the sort of guy that wouldn't be able to afford to do a Mk3 properly so no surprise he's bitter about them if he's done the usual halfassfail attempt that's so common in the community....

Don't know why you guys are feeding this troll..

I've never seen anyone talk more bullshit about cars when all they have ever owned is giveaways and beaters. Just searched for his previous posts and found some of his so called showstoppers. Didn't see anything even worth pissing on if it caught fire.

Oh come on look at the lines man, the speed holes (rust), the more speed holes you get, the faster it goes due to weight savings and the air not having to go around things anymore.

It just keeps getting faster everytime it rain on his racers!
