Just to conclude this thread. o2 (21) and knock sensor (52) codes when I first checked. Cleared codes and none came back. I removed the vacuum lines and blew them out into hose and manifold. Car runs fine now (kind of) with no smoke. Boost PSI is fine but boost HP is not still. Other than that...
