Well i never did get it back to 10 degrees which is what my manual says it should be at. Could this be because the tps is out of time?

No intake leaks that I found. I checked the timing and it was at 0. I then turned the cps to get it to 10 degrees. However it still idled low at around 500-600. Sorry I misread your post, I have a homemade bracket on the alternator in place of the stock adjustable bracket. I have not touched the timing belt or the tensioner. I will take the cover off and have a look though.

I have a JDM 7mgte that I'm swapping into an 84 Toyota pickup. I had to run a USDM ecu. It does not idle correctly for some reason, could it be because I do not have the egr setup?
