basically, did anyone add arp studs to their 7m without removing the head and without replacing hg?it would be that you would do one stud at a time when all stock bolts are loose but not removed...may sound dumb and confusing but its a thaught.or should i just pick up a oem toy head gasket?

i couldent find the problem so for those that have this and still want to keep the factory alarm i had devised a way to bypass only the starter as if disarming at the door locks does not work.if any question about system just ask. sorry if this has been done already but just trying to help...

ah no worries found the diagram at ...i think from here i can figure something out...

checked all that and everything comes up fine...if i can find the wiring diagram of the security system(anti theft deterrent)i can install a switch in between so i can start the car and also to clarify things, pulling the two fuses which is dome and radio allows you start the car.

do you have a wiring diagram of where the switch was installed or can you post some pictures showing what you done?also what switch was it like a toggle or a push button?

well what i learned is that you can disable the alarm completely but you have to sacrifice your radio and dome interior lights.if you pull the dome fuse and radio fuse the alarm wont every go off but i think you can still lock and open your doors and even start and drive. dont know if this...

i have installed the hks vpc and gcc and had to switch to map sensor therefore eliminating the maf sensor.now that i have removed the whole turbo intake system i was forced to install a catch can as my valve cover breather was just open shooting out smoke.with that done and system working...

so your recommending me to change the door lock solenoid or control? oh and can someone help me and do a quick test on their car which is to remove the dome fuse and see if the courtesy light still comes on when opening the door.thanks guys!

well because pulling the dome and radio is a way to bypass the security and to start the car.i tried locking and unlocking it and it didnt work.im thinking that my door sensor like the one that shows up on the cluster if the door is open is bad...i need to further diagnose this.

well like i said i ran into this problem when i locked the car and unlocked it from the passenger side and the alarm went off.luckily my friend was with me and quickly pulled the radio and dome fuse out which killed the alarm.after the car was not starting and i did something which i forgot what...

in queens village.just got the car not too long ago and got into a snag with the cables...mods done so far is the hks vpc and gcc,cxracing aluminum rad,gates racing rad hoses,koyo rad cap and got parts on the side to install later...any suggestions?

does anyone know whats the best or best for the 7m cables/wires to buy?ngk??any suggestions and where can i get them from...
