Got a new harness in, and now waiting on stock 1jz base map.
Question, I have high imp 550s, and aem 3.5 Bar map.
Can I just set those in Wizard, and start the vehicle, or will I have to change the whole map ?
The closest ones I can find in there are RC Engineering 550cc (52lb) 13ohm, will they...
I got a "new" harness that seems to be in a pretty good condition, gonna try to put it in this weekend, and than connect DLI and everything else. Hope that fixes my issue. Still need a basemap for AEM 2 thu.
it's not gonna flash, it's just gonna be red. As far as checking if it works, it would be hard, since DLI only going to AMP the voltage at high RPM, so if you put your car on a dyno, and run it, you can check before and after voltage/ohms going to the coils. As long as you have it hooked up...
Check the wiring, and fixed a couple of wires that were messed up.
Still no spark. The whole wiring harness is a fu****g mess.
I'm thinking that my base map could be bad.
Note to self: never buy swaps done by other people.
Ok, I had SAFC 2 on my 1J, I took it off, and re-spliced all the wires back together. Not sure if I did it right (was running on 2 hours of sleep). The wires on the extension are not the same color as they supposed to be, so it's kinda hard to check.

I had it running on DM provided stock 1J map. But since I put in 3.5BAR MAP, it stopped working.
Also, I accidentally deleted provided...
Switching from SAFC 2 to AEM V2 (PNP), removed/fixed most of the wires. Engine cranks, but does not start.
I have one wire left, coming out of the harness, its blue with pink stripe, it does not seem to go no where, white wire from SAFC 2 was connected to it earlier. Is that a MAP signal ? what...
I drve from 750ft all the way to ~6500ft, and from what i've sen, engine preformance drops down big time. I was spooling like a semi truck, and bearly climbing, while N/A cars were passing by. It could be that turbo was working harder, and getting really hot.
Mine went out after about a year, but i had a bad oil and exhaust leaks. Still have manifold and waste gate that came with the kit, running 6265 with no issues for yead and a half now. Also, that '61 took me across the US 3 times, and i was running 21 PSI daily.
