Hi bil, i´ve got the same sounds like you discribe.... so you push the throttle pedal and if you release the pedal die rattle sound appears when the rpm is between 2000 and 1500 rpm ??????? so give me an feedback if its the same sound ,... i´m searching since a year and i´ve many ideas...

i´ve bought this turbo too and i have had all issues which are described here in this thread.... so now i´m testing that turbo and i think the reactance is a little bit to late.... so i measured the turbo starts to boost at 3000 rpm and at 4000 rpm full boost.... im driving with 11,6 psi ...

The rod bearings are new and the old were not bad...... mmhhh i´dont know if its a piston slap but i checked some videos from youtube and the piston slap sounds like in the vids are different from mine ....always there and realy loud...... I have a stetoscope and i heard several parts at the...

Hi, no it is like in the video .... if the engine is cold there is no sound .... engine warm its there ..... but not all the time...

The valve clearance was checked..... but do you have an idea???? i´m very happy about every new idea......
