what does a turbo leak sound like? i do hear some gurgling noises from the engine at idle or low rpm, can someone tell me what that is?

its realy hard for me the say, i can definetely tell when the turbo kicks in but i cant say its all that hard. I have never driven another turbo supra before so its hard to say.

hmm thats strange because my keys were out of the ignition.. what do you think the problem would be?

Im not exactly sure how to read my stock turbo gauge it goes from -2 to +4 but it never shows it going past +2. I have gotten the RPMs to redline and still not much above +2. Can someone tell me how much PSI this is?

Every once in awhile when i go to get out of my car, open the door and lock the doors using the power door locks on the inside the doors will lock then quickly unlock themselves. It will lock fine if i close the door and use the key. My lights were off, e brake was on.. im just a little confused...

Hey, I was wondering why my Supra wont show any boost from the gauge when I just rev it with the clutch pulled in, it will only boost with a load and boosts fairly late into the RPM range, should it start building boost faster? Does this happen to all supras or is it just mine, the gauge does...

If both are similar performing engines why not save yourself the time and trouble of an engine swap and mod the 7M-GTE instead?
