I'd avoid having to take the whole car back down to the metal if at all possible, however obviously you dont want any of that house paint left for when you respray so its a bit of a tricky thing. As for grits when I did mine I went 180, 320, then 400 wetsand iirc. Also used a grey scuff pad...
Judging from the window shape, body length and quarter pannel body lines I'm gonna have to say its the Celica.
Whoever made it should be banned from owning any car besides kia's, pre 2005 hyundai's, or post 1995 buicks/oldsmobiles.
I've been looking at hose candy lately for my own vacuum lines. They look sick (some of them anyway) and makes removing things a breeze since it converts the whole system to quick disconnects.
Just looking at an outside point of view here and not meaning to sound like a dick here however people just wanted to know some basic technical data on the kit and then you appear to challenge them as if they are insulting your products? I would have to say thats not a very good buisness tactic...
I own one of the ebay nose panels as well. It would require a fair amount of modification to fit properly, more than I felt I could do within reason and still get the fit and finish I wanted out of my car. I kept it none the less in case someone else with a bit more fiberglass experience wanted...
Take off the rear bumper, and the trim pieces in front of the rear tires then decide how much further you want to take it. Also I would pull at least the rear section of the interior out to look for holes. Also feel inside the rear wheel wells inside the quarter panel holes.
I've taken my...
I'd have to argue that point, back when my car was bone stock it would break into boost with cruise control all the time on the highway with any kind of slope. Like I said previously its throttle adjustments seemed pretty abrupt.
Therefore limiting the ammount of pressure the engine can...
So if the cruise is vacuum operated, could you theoretically if install a MBC or similar in the line thereby limiting the throttle the cruise uses to not go past whatever you choose to set it at?
Perhaps I'm wrong here in my methodology with this; it was just a thought I had today.
I don't use cruise control and expect fuel mileage, its throttle adjustments are far too harsh which is why you end up in boost.
Also is300 COP's would likely net some milage and maybe a couple hp.
Regardless of the decreased spool time, you still shouldnt have to worry about getting into boost even with a stock ct until like 2700 with light/moderate throttle. So if you watch the vacuum and drive accordingly your catch 22 is not a major issue.
By indicator lights are you talking about the lights on the tems display? Or lights on the exterior of the vehicle?
I was thinking of adding a hidden switch myself so I can go between the normal automatic tems mode to the tems mod settings on the fly rather than having to pop the hood and...
Making money off submitting your photos isnt the point. The point is someone else is now making profit off of the photos you submitted, where that wasn't the original expectation. It would be unreasonable to expect royaltys based on your photo submissions.
I like the idea of the price of the...
