This project will be good for you. Carb cleaner works great for disintegrating all that crud inside.

Just a little with 1500 for dust nibs between, it won't need much, for the most part its pristine....not one run, no orange peel....amazing:love:

Sweet! Those t-stat housings are a PITA to polish.
