i would agree with out but the stock DP wouldnt flow as good as a BIC, not unless your talking about the STock Style BIc DP? i love my Stock BIC dp, but it didnt come with a tranny mount. i fabbed up the stock CAT mount and just enlarged it to fit the 3". it tucks in just fine.
