The blitz wheels are probably reverse mount and have the be taken off upside down. But that is still no excuse for him scratching the wheels. Usually there is some sort of plastic or urethane cover that goes on the arms that hold he wheel down. He should have at least put rags down or something...

Yeah you can run it if you want. There is a wiring diagram some where on this forum for a NA. It was in a thread with a bunch of SAFC pin outs for different ECU's

With a 9 or 10 +20 you will only be able to fit maybe a 245 in the rear my guess is less without extensive rolling. If you go with the +30 in the rear I think you can go up to a 265 or 275 in the rear.

For the price of a RB mount kit I can build this KA... So I will just build this KA.
