I couldn't agree more. I'm sure he just panicked and took off. Not a uncommon thing to do. Now that he has experienced something of this nature first hand I'm sure he'll handle himself better in the future!

i've been in the same boat as well. The build was going at a rather decent pace but houses and other things have now put that pace at a slow crawl and I'm so darn close to being done. Just a standalone away.
moisture, heat, and of course bacteria. Can happen rather quickly in a vehicle that hasn't been opened nor aired out..
Or the poor guy was just nasty and drove the car around hot, sweaty, and naked 99% of the time.
Wow. Came real close to happening to a truck of mine once. Drain got blocked up with trash and the incline I parked on was the lowest of the road with concrete walls all around me. I would usually park there to avoid people that could possibly damage my truck with their doors or what not...
eh got off around 11. Had to get to sleep so I could work today. But a played an epic game of Desert Strike although my partner was noobish. Lasted for about 2 hours
couldnt really see it there.. Take off the exhaust manifold can see it plain as day with it off.
I suspect could possibly be where one of the tabs that bolt it to the block, could be leaking. The weld broke exposing a hole or rust ate thru it causing it to waste away slowly over the years...
I didn't say become a Tech. I went that route when things got slow I needed a solid paycheck. Then moved to parts. Had previous parts experience during summer jobs so that helped.
Being a tech can make you some damn good money but you'll be beat at the end of the road like a construction...
