The 1jz flywheel has the 2jz crank bolt pattern, but uses a 7m clutch. The 1jz flywheel will only work on a 1jz or 2jz with a 1jz bellhousing and a r154 with a 7m pressure plate and disk.
I didn't have a problem with it, but from what I have heard the springs can't really be trusted. I would do like GrimJack was saying and try a lower one in the wg first and see what it does. They are easy to change.
16kg rear is too high for a street driven Supra. I would recommend putting the 16kg on the front and buy 10k springs for the rear. Or even buy 14k for the front. You don't need to sell the coilovers to get the ride you want! Just measure the internal diameter and overall length of the springs...
It's only Driftmotion approved if you buy a real HKS spring and throw away all those colored springs. The HKS spring is $40 but it will not fatigue over time. You also need to polish the piston shaft.
