Yeah, that looks better. First page or so of this thread, is a red supra with what looks like the same lip. Big difference in the looks of the lip with a lowered car vs stock ride height. Also not sure if painting the lip red, on a red MK3 is the obvious choice...? Black might be the way to...

What do you think the tuning options are?... as you know, there are several local MK3 proEFI users that need tuning. $1500 for a tune tells me the tuner either doesn't want to tune the car, or is not confident he can do it within a reasonable time frame and wants to get paid while he figures it out.

It seems that once or twice a year I consider changing my 2 piece tail lights from my '88 to the 3 piece tails from '89+. Ultimately I decide to stick with what I got because I couldn't stand having a piece of miss matched moulding from the middle section of the 3 piece tails, and replacing all...

Dont forget that the molding on the '89+ center section will be different than the rest of your '87-'88 molding...

The biggest issue with this 'mod' is the mis-match of the trim. I slightly prefer the '89+ tails, but not at the expense of messing with the trim. Good luck with your car!

Not looking for a stretch or bubble, just a sidewall that is pretty much flush with the wheel.
