Seems like a lot of trouble to get the "blades" section painted lol. The all polished look better, imo.
As for the tranny, my bro is going to get the shipping quote FOR SURE sometime next week. I'll need your shipping address again, PM me whenever.
Hey man, how's it going?? Just read through all your updates and I have to say, the car looks REAL good. The polished saws makes all the difference! Glad to hear the car's running good and I'm callin' BS on the 135 mph run. We all know the weak ol' 7M isn't capable of such speed as a BHG would...
It's been a while since I've actually sat down and browsed SM (I miss it!) because of school and work. Lots of progress sir! You got quite the deal with that built 7M, talk about "Another man's trash is another man's gold." LOL.
Sucks about your wheel incident, companies alike usually employ...
Dang, just did the math and that's insane and I'm sure the overall total's just an estimate too! That's cool you're not making those kind of payments anymore just for damn storage. Wish I can use my neighbor's garage or something. :/
OP: Sorry for the off topic convo.
I check out Import Tuner, D Sport, Modified Mag, etc., just about every time I go to stores where magazines are available lol and stumbled upon this...
Sorry about the horrible quality, pics were taken with my outdated blackberry
Wow, it's crazy how much better your car looks just from the striped sawblades. It makes the entire car look mint! My bro did the same on his black 89. I'll post some pics...
Stock body would def look ten times better, although the car already looks pretty damn sweet. The video was badass and the car sounds real nice and healthy. You should make another vid with hard pulls through all gears. :)
Is the 4" inch exhaust for a future turbo upgrade?
Wow, the engine looks really nice! Any exterior pics of the car? Where in Ohio are you from exactly?
Not saying it's impossible, but I never heard of a 57CT reaching the 450HP mark unless we're talking about crank horsepower. Not being a smart ass, just saying as I plan to get the 57CT myself...
I think Eibachs would be a great choice for your app considering you aren't looking for a drastic drop, not to mention affordable. My brother has Eibachs on his car and it's a slight drop, to me any drop is slight if there's visible wheel gap haha. He also had the Shine Auto lip on it which was...
^ Although I prefer stock, I don't see too many pre 89's with that lip. There's something about your car that looks different from the rest, don't know what it is. A drop would look pretty damn badass.
I think the MKIII's dash look fine as is, no modification is needed. Removal of unneeded/unwanted items, well that's a different story. If one is gutting to save weight for whatever purposes the car will serve, removing everything underneath the dash to where it's literally just a shell would be...
