I'd stick with the stock HG. But 1.2 or 1.4 with proper prep work.

A good thing to use is STP Oil Additive Lightly coated on the journals. :)

ARP assembly lubricant is not recommended for use on rotating components. That stuff is designed for Fasteners, and seems to have graphite mixed in it. Just Pour oil over it. :)
