Sorry Aaron, didn't mean to endorse you without prior approval. Only you had stated in the For Sale thread that you had the same wg and liked it. Do you know anything about the spring rates and what I should use for my application (18-22psi).
^^^^Exactly. Plan on a full day. The hardest parts are getting to all the tranny mount bolts, removing the tranny, removing the pilot bearing, mounting the tranny. Plan on buying pizza and beer for the buddy who is helping you. Don't try it alone.
Best to just get a voltmeter and put it in place of your stock boost gauge. Wingman's right. The tachs are different between Turbo and N/A.
Here's how to do it:

30 minutes....I don't think so. Maybe if the engine/tranny was out of the car and you had power tools and a buddy, oh and the clutch fork came out right away.
Interior shot of the bc under the radio:
This is where I mounted the solenoid (this one is from the MAFT Pro) but the Greddy was in the same place. Look to the left of the air filter just below the black hose from the IC.
I had the controller part mounted underneath my radio. I have a little drawer thing from a camry that I could close and you wouldn't see it. The solenoid valve was mounted on my fender by the fan relay.
Edit: changed to fan relay.
Well, I did some more searching and found a wg similar to mine at ssautochrome and they also sell the springs. I appears that these are the strengths for the following colors (if in fact this is the wg that I have).
Black 1.1 bar (15.95 psi)
Brown 1.6 bar(23.2 psi)
Silver 1.3 bar (18.8 psi)...
Does anyone know what the color codes for the external wastegate springs are? I have seven springs in the following colors:
Black
Brown
Silver
White
Yellow
Yellow (maybe orange)
Brown w/yellow stripe
Also, how do you determine which strength spring to use? I plan on running, say about...
