Don't Go by the sheet to determine your Highest HP rating.
I put down 485 @ 22psi on my 1jz with a -15% on my AFC. Meaning
there is still room for growth. Stock ECU, no cams or any other internal mod.
Just stock fuel rail with the 550inj, AFPR and GT-40.
Regarding your WG flange, You should cut the pipe about an inch and a half or maybe 2inches, then weld on your Flange.
You'll have to take it off the engine. Makes it much easier.
I can have this done for you in 2 days. You bring your car on a Friday night Sunday morning you'll be driving it home with your 1j. Maybe even Saturday night.

Joe, 1jz's unlike other engines have very good oil pump and supply a healthy amount of oil to the turbo. In most case we are over feeding the turbo with a -4 oil feed. Our engines were meant to supply 2 turbos and now we are condensing that pressure to just one...
There is no such thing as Garrett Turbo here in South Florida...lol
Justin,I had the same turbo from Conrad ,it got the job done.
If something goes wrong just change the cartridge to a master power.
Inexpensive and reliable.
Also just an fyi. Use a -3 oil feed not a -4. 1j's have high pressure...
I only sell the mani and DP.
But to put this kit together would be fairly easy for anyone that is interested.

Providing you have 1jzgte this kit will need minor fabrication to connect your exhaust to the Dp and IC piping to the turbo. Also providing you have a BOV.
I am doing twin Garrets as we speak.
I'd say twins if you can afford it. Also twin will require a bit more R&D to make big power..(500+) cuz turbo surging will pose a problem at high psi.
