I do enjoy the sound of a 1J. They have an exotic high revving sound to them...However, on a bad day, I could mix one up with a built K series Honda motor or something like an S2000 by sound of the ear. Then you jump to a 7M.......:biglaugh:, NOTHING sounds like an MA70. Oh well, maybe...

Just exactly that. ;) If you get enough oil down into your spark plug galley, you better believe it will be missing, not wanting to idle and hardly even run without some help of the throttle. When I had my major problem happen about a year ago, I just tried to help it idle as much as I could...

Sean, was it the last issue you were dealing with, with it not wanting to idle/missing?

I don't think anyone caught me saying this already... But when I had coolant under my oilcap, and mixed coolant and oil throughout...I swapped out the turbo and I never saw it again. It's not a very common or even very likely thing to happen, but it is a possibility. It's what happened to...

lolz :rolleyes: May I ask who did your "teh BHG" repair for you? If it was an automotive repair shop that's probably never dealt with an issue like this before... They probably either retorqued the bolts back down to "stock' specs, you cranked up the boost and gave it hell...and...
