I have not actually dyno tested it so I do not know an exact gain yet. Ron's have been tested before and have shown good gains so this should have similar gains.

Pictures of it installed!!! Sorry for the delay but between a new job and my racing program I have been laying low on the forums with very little time. But here are some pictures I took of the FFI installed. Been running it for about a week and a half and works great! Hope you enjoy...
His exhaust A/R is not to big. i hit max spool by 4500rpm with a .84 hot side and a 70mm compressor wheel. Made 441 to the wheels at 5500rpm. I would go after the wastgate issue. Just my two cents.
Sincerely,

Ron,
Thank you for the information I greatly appreciate it. I flowed my first couple at 25" h2O, not mercury my bad. So I will have him bump it up to flow this manifold and see how it goes. But thank you again for sharing all of your information.
I will have pics of it installed later...
Yea Duane I am going to flow test it as well. Also am going to try and dyno it this weekend since I will be in Portland racing cars anyways. I will hopefully be able to get over to TF and since I have not made any other changes besides the FFIM when I get it done I will be able tomorrow, I...
1/17/06 CHECK 4TH PAGE FOR PICTURES OF NEWEST ONE!!!!!!
Well I finally got to work on my manifold again tonight, made some good progress here are the pics. I only went with a 3" ID housing as I will be using the stock TB with it. But I will be making a 3.5" ID one as soon as I get another...
Hate to tell you this but with the tools I have to use, it takes about the say amount of time to make a custom one as it does to make the conversation. Starting with fesh aluminum and from scratch does not leave you have to fight the original design. I have choosen to do this as I wanted to...
I don't know who you are and could really care less as you are a very destructive person but saying that my product is a low rate piece of crap that I am selling for way to much is completely out of line. But I hope people that look at your products see what kind of person you are to attack...
Wow this is the most professional comment yet, especially coming from someone who makes parts like this. To say that it looks like a hacked up manidfold is a huge insult. And if you read correcly is $45 for clean and shipping and handling not just the cleaning. Go a head and start making...
Hello, here is my latest addition of my alternator drop down bracket and the complete kit. Hope you all enjoy!
PM me or send me an email at sethron71@yahoo.com with any questions. Kit will run you $110 shipped plus you will need a generic 49" belt($25 extra if you want me to include...
Well no doubt you are entitled to your opinion. Obviously you do not own a business. The way a business works especially one you are just starting there is a large over head. The only way to get that back is to make a little money on every sale. You can start making them and selling them...
Sorry that is actually a miss print. The throttle linkage kit is only $75, and the alterantor bracket is only $100, not sure how I got that wrong, but if you ask anyone that has contacted me for prices that is what the quotes have been. So if you get the conversation, $250, plus alternator...
Go and buy that $600 manifold from Ron then and see how much custom work is required to make it work. The whole point of this is that you still use all the stock sensors and everything. If they are that ridiculous then don't worry about and don't get one very simple. And if you are going to...
As you see by what Chris posted he did not actually order it polished, it was just cleaned up with a wire wheel and sand blaster to make it real clean. Thanks for all the comments guys!
As for removing all the stock side of the manifold and just putting a plate back in there, yea it would be...
Yes all the stock manifolds are made of Alluminum. I use a heli-arc to weld it with Alluminum rod. Thanks for the comment!
Thanks,

The polishing is achieved by grinding with a flapper wheel. Like 120 grit, one inch wide by 2in round and smaller ones to get in the nooks and crannies. then sand with 220 then sand with 500 grit sand paper, then big polishing wheel then small wheel. and whalla! also check the out zoo-loo's...
