thats right i remember you saying you had that large tank..
sneakypete: just fitment issues. no first hand experience with it tho. wesbeech had some nifty stuff! i know wesbeech builds good stuff.....shit, i made no sense... oops. been drinking mucho coffee and not enought sleep.
not trying to convince you but then again maybe i am.. it only took me 10 min to shim my oil pump, that was with it in the motor. you know how the rule of thumb says 10lbs for every 1k on tach means you got decent oil flow? well im dead on it that. that and a quart over the full mark on dip...
when i built my current 7m I shimmed my new pump 5mm. I'd do it! check your clearances as said before too! you'd be pissed if your motor clunks out cuz of a whacked oil pump.
but if you do shim the oil pump *hopefully lol* do it before install and 5mm is perfect to meet where specs wants it.
looks like my buddies 870, his is a black composite. nice and using to maintain... then his has another 870 thats wood grain.
anyways nice one you got there.
hey IJ, thats a older pic before I added the grommets.. lol, last thing I would want is a short.. I spent a long time reading posts from you and many others on welding cable and what not to do.
Supra28: believe it or not yes I did only pay $800...just had to find a long block and piece...
my new hoses kicking good.
the water fall noise huh, that sucks.. i still havent bleed mine right.. no coolant loss no overheat.. just lazy and dont wanna jack front end up to bleed out heater core.
