Whoa.... Not everyone should have to pay the extra $25... The state employees' benefits are paid by the taxpayers, so an increase in risk should come with an increase in what they pay. Hell, if I could get away with only having to pay $25/mo for insurance, I would gladly pay it.

^ lol, as far as I know. I took the bike in around 12k miles and they said it needed a new one... 4k miles later, I changed it. Went +3 teeth and it's a lot funner.
