Ken I used liquid sandpaper on mine as well as sanding and 2 years, extreme cold, and summer sun later still good as the day I painted them. I am sooooo looking forward to seeing the Red Rocket in new paint!!!!:icon_bigg

I would think reguardless if its just surface that rust would be hard to stop from coming through again without cutting it out and replacing the metal. Sorry!!!

Well I finally have my car out of storage for the summer and am really looking forward to our get together as big or small as it ends up. I have spent some money on my car again this spring and should have all im doing finished by our gathering. You will all get to see pictures in build up...
