Watch your ammonia and nitrites - I'd test it at least daily, possibly twice a day for a while. Be prepared to do some fairly large water swaps if your water chemistry starts going wonky. It's likely that tank hasn't fully cycled yet and you're pushing it pretty hard.

I've got to agree there, a Miata is a good way for a kid to learn to drive a sports car, not fast enough to get in too much trouble but still a blast to drive. An MR-S will just teach you to be afraid of oversteer.

It honestly depends on the municipality. For example, 51 Georgia cities have court fine collections that exceeded the sums the municipalities raise in property taxes. That's a government funded by speed trap.
