I feel a little bit better. Got paid $100 to "volunteer" at an x-mas party for like 4 hours that a law firm was holding and on top of that, got free dinner and some dude tipped me $10 just cuz i rolled up a slice of brisket for him and slathered it in BBQ sauce. wrd.
Tons of empty coke bottles and arizona tea cans, gloves, a pair of shoes, lotion, red RTV, glow-in-the-dark flashlight, random CDs. And that's just on the surface. I haven't pulled back the carpet yet.
Interesting. I didn't know that running the harness that way would still have it coming up short. How much longer would it need to be to reach the ECU's original location? Reason I'd like to avoid cutting up my harness is that I don't want to add bad connections and whatnots to a possible cause...
so i've heard that running the harness through the firewall and out from behind the dash would be best as I don't have to worry about extending the harness. We're gonna start prepping my car this weekend to be ready for the 1JZ swap, but I just wanted to know if anyone had a picture or a good...
I'm sure she would've been flattered. Do a restore on her. replace a bunch of worn out parts. Reskin the seats or replace the carpet or whatever. Make it look like she just rolled off the show room floor. That'd be sweet.

wrd. I'm hovering at just above the E mark, fill up with regular @ ~$2.85/gallon and it's only ~$32 for 11.5 gallons lasting me maybe a little more than a week depending on how much I drive.
I didn't get 17MPG highway though. Only way you can really get that is if you're gunning it at 100MPH...

BTW, with the gearing on the 5S tranny and that it's a 2.2L, gas is gonna be kinda eh. City driving, I get ~23MPG and not much better on highway. 5th gear, 80MPH is at a whopping ~4000RPMs.
BTW, 6GC.net is your friend when it comes to...
when shopping for an intercooler and determining dimensions, does it usually include the end tanks as well?
For example:
DM has an intercooler whose dimensions are 24x9x3 where as this eBay one has dimensions stating the core size is 24x12x3 and the intercooler itself is 30x12x3.
So I...
how do you prep surface rust? I might end up doing the prep work myself before sending the car to a shop, but I have some surface rust here and there that I need to take care of.
