I'd start simple. Bleed slave and get fresh fluid in there. LOL maybe replace slave. Pop the inspection cover as said and see how it looks. Drive safe
Throw out bearing and pressure plate come to mind for some reason.. If slave is doing it's job go there next.next

Pedal to floor is clutch slave related. Has to be.. Air in lines or something. I'm not gung ho on trans internals yet. Put it's clearly related to shifting. The idle part kinda sways from that but it started with hard shifts yeah?
Top fluid off and bleed it. Maybe clutch won't disengage right...
You positive your pp or trans isn't pissed off. I've seen bent pressure plates do that... But thinking on it more... I wanna blame your trans. Shift easy and get home.
