last i remember, leatherseats.com ran a group buy on SF for new covers and had somewhat mixed reviews but overall pretty good. I think you just have to pull off the old leather and rewrap your seats with the new ones.

3qts of Redline MT-90 is what I use. FTW There's a local store in Houston called ProAm (link) that has Redline fluids. The MT-90 was either $12.99/qt or $11.99/qt, but it's something around there.
