Well I'm not seriously thinking about it. The guy I've been discussing it with tells me I can pay as low as $500~ a month for a $150-160,000 house + $500 more for bills + taxes. If I had a house I could easily get a friend roommate and charge $400-500 and easily be able to live, and eventually...

I was best friends with her from birth till like 10-12! We ended up moving and slowly not seeing each other. I haven't seen her in many years, small world....... I should try catching up with her, although we probably don't have the same intrests anymore and probably have very different lives...
