What happend is that he took out the CPS and when he tried putting it back in he never knew in what position he had taken it out. Easy fix I guess, too bad I live so far away.

So I purchased a 2jzge vvt-i engine off an 2001 IS300. Im swapping the 2j into my 1989 Turbo Supra in a few months. I was wondering has anyone performed this swap? And also since the throttle body is electronic how would I go on keeping it. Also in case I go with a regular wire actuated TB...

You don't need a new one, the stock accordion hose will work. All you need to use is force the Lex into the Accordion hose. BTW a an old brittle hard accordion hose will probably be harder to fit the lex into it.

Are you sure it's not one of the connectors that connects to one of the sensors on the Thermostat Cover Neck? A picture of the thermostat neck would be better.

Just a quick question, did the guys who installed the window tints tell you to not roll down your windows for a certain period of time? Im not telling you, im asking you. Correct me if im wrong, i thought you weren't suppose to roll down the windows for a certain period of time?

Then you need to get it cleaned, I have one as well and it's the cleanest Blow Off Valve I had. The Turbo XS RLF has no diaphragm. Its really simple and I don't see how it can go bad, unless it wore out some how, since it does rub metal against metal. I would check for vaccum/boost leaks...
