No. ~5900 is opitimum shift point on the Stock 7M's Cams. You car needs has something up with it, or as Sean said the S2000 might have more mods.

Is norcal just loaded with slow mk3's? 8.5 PSI should have taken him down if it was night. Hell should have crept by if it was daytime. And Street Racing is illegal.
