A little news to report.
Yesterday, I noticed an intercooler hose that was not making good connection. Being that I still have no coolant in it, I can only drive it very short distances (1 mile or less), before having to let it cool for several hours. I drove it yesterday and it did much...
In for daylight pictures of the car. Is it black, or does it just look that way in the dark. Looks good though.
And are you the same loki that used to be here? Either Welcome, or welcome back to the site!
Another feature I like, is after you have some money built up in it, some companies allow you to take loans from your account. The beauty of that is, you are borrowing from yourself. All interest paid on the loans goes into your account!
That is what my post was about. Yes, your take home pay will go down. But, it won't go down as much as you are putting in. That is because you only pay tax on what is left after your contribution. So you get a little of your tax money you would have paid on the higher amount in your take home...
The thing I really like about it, is that when you put (completely hypothetical) $20 into the fund, you only lose $17 out of your paycheck, due to the tax savings. Then, the company matches it, and you have $40 for a $17 investment. That's before it starts earning anything in the fund. A lot of...
Holy Hell! Welcome back Jake! Anything Supra going on with you?
I was recently looking at my contacts in my phone, and I almost deleted your number just last week. Damn phone doesn't work anyway.
Yes, the doctors advise for recovery are worth paying attention to. I have known more than one person to have problems healing after this. I waited a week before any lifting and I healed fine. You feel fine for a few days before you really need to do anything. That's when it is tough.
It is recommended to replace both the master and the slave at the same time. It definitely does sound like it is one or the other. The slave cylinder is an easy change. The master is only 2 bolts..........but one of them will kill you if you're not pencil thin.
Pretty sure I have seen those pictures on Ebay. As for upgrades, I see a fuel pressure regulator (maybe Aeromotive, maybe not) and $7700 worth of wiring.
I'm getting much more serious about tearing my wrecked Trailblazer down now.
What did you do about where the axles run through the motor? Were there parts that had to be ditched in there. I know you reversed the sump on the pan, so you probably didn't have to worry much about holes.
My motor...
I just read this entire thread due to the latest update, and I have one comment for Kai.
It doesn't matter if the car and ECU is from Neptune (or anywhere else), If the car came from the factory with an EGR, then I would bet the ECU is probably tuned for it.
I meant to put a LOL after that, I really did. It was an attempt at humor, but only after I thought you got the answer you needed in the first response.
BTW......I love the speedo cluster you have there.
