This is sort of an intricate question so I'm going to give some info on what I have, what I want to do, then word it the best I can.
I have a jdm 7mgte engine I dropped in, my wiring harness+ecu+car are all 89 usdm.
I currently have a usdm tb with corresponding tps.
I want to install the jdm...
I broke the bottom nozzle off my egr vac mod somehow so I bought another one.
This one has 2 nozzles coming out of a side which throws me off because I don't recall anywhere there is room for an xtra hose...
One I broke on left, new one on right.
So it looks like i found what the squeak was from the lower part of my engine. Not rod knock (yes IJ.. lesson learned lol) but looks like the head of a bolt that was sheared from somewhere or place unknown..... was loose in the timing cover and ate/spun loose a metal ring behind the crank gear...
I got my new oil bolts and squirters yesterday and I just start to install them
The second one threads in 2 threads then gets tight and breaks loose then won't thread in at all...
FML
I've never tapped before and I wasn't planning on taking out my crank...
What's the best way to go about...
My engine's got some orange stuff inside the block from the previous owner I noticed once I got it. I cant get it treated at a machine shop because I need it up and running soon. I'm wondering the best way/product to flush it out.
I kept it running for about 10 mins with a hose in the radiator...

I had low readings so I got an oil pressure tester from napa to confirm, I got same results. 20-25ish on cold startup, pin to 4 normal op idle, and barely 25psi at 2500 rpm's.
I'm running mobile1 0w30.
New oil pressure sender switch installed tight.
Any ideas as to why this is?
I came across it and was wondering if anyone else has heard about it or joined...
