IMO, you'd be wise to look at a standalone for that sort of hp figure. Not saying that it can't be done with piggybacks, but it would make more sense to leave yourself some headroom.

UKDM ECU. Not USDM or JDM. EGR is [b]NOT[b] used at WOT. Sounds like it could be an ignition issue. What resistance is shown at the CPS? Should be less than 180ohms. Also - check the airgap on the pickups, and make sure the timing is correct at 10' BTDC, but only after you recalibrate the TPS.

550s are mandatory - as is a fuel pressure regulator that can feed the injectors. Stock FPR doesn't have a high enough pressure. Oh, and the ideally a walbro to go with it.
