Unless you want to drive on solid rods just suck it up and let it hit the fenders or raise your car. After I thought about it.. even if you get stiffer springs that probably will not get rid of your problem.
There should be knobs to adjust the damping. If not you can try slightly stiffer springs or a whole new coilover set.
Or. just raise your car. There is no other way to get around the rubbing in the fender. You gotta pay for being too low.
