the big plate is to block off the egr cooler. This is one of the big benefits of egr delete as it gets some heat away from #6 cyl. If the head is off the car, the best solution (imo) is to get it tapped for a pipe plug. Then you would run a plate on the manifold and the plug from the #6 exhaust...

Bad ass, I am glad to finally see some numbers with aftermarket 7m cams. I guess the old mantra that there is no better cam than stock is false... Unless you lost a lot of power down low with the new cams. Post up the graphs!

With the correct offset it should be no problem. I have 265/35/18" up front with no rubbing on unrolled fenders. Unfortunately I can’t remember the offset... Dr. J had 275s up front afaik... 255s should be cake.
