I am putting KW Sway bars on my 88 Supra.
Odd thing... the shop found them for me, but the web doesn't show they exist. Looking for a spec sheet for comparison and will know how they perform (more or less) on Tuesday.
Anyone else have these or heard of them?
- Fronts (compared to stock) -...
That number doesn't show up. Closest I could find is:
LOWER ARM - Toyota (48710-14110)
This may work, "IF" it is available. All my parts were available until I ordered them. They refunded all the money and said.. "poo-poo monsieur.. you are out of ze luck!"
Harsh conditions = using brakes? To...
Couldn't find these anywhere
LOWER CONTROL ARM - Part Number: 48730-14020 x 2
ARM - Part Number: 48720-14060 x 1
LOWER CNTRL ARM - Part Number: 48068-14051 x 1
LOWER CNTRL ARM - Part Number: 48069-14051 x 1

I don't see the listing for them, but they arrive today.
Supra is getting all the bushings replaced along with tie rods and various alignment parts (almost everything).

Personally, I would be doing a full rebuild at this point anyway. Do it right and peace of mind later. (well.. that IS what I did.. lol)
Especially if you...
I think you need a boroscope now to peek into the cylinders (is that what they call it?)
Either way it definitely sounds like your Pistons are the problem... Hopefully the damage isn't too severe

Im waiting for a real compression test.. and... photos of the top of the engine would really be nice to see what the hell is going on...
Yeah, 16 psi is what I consider Max for the ct26. Yhe housing can't take much more. My AFRs were below 10:1 at full boost with my 57 trim. Snappy though.
Mine is a HKS Longrunner manifold, SP 6262 .68 ar that I am going to swap to a .84 ar divided housing for a QSV. I run the HKS EVC-S boost controller. Was going to use a HKS wastegate but I have a Tial 44 mm one currently. Running a HKS 3000 pipe replacement with custom pipe on the DM 7m...
Im confused, so I went back and read the thread again. I must have missed it.
What exactly is in your Supra. Is it standalone? I saw a note about anti-lag and also saw you put a filter on the stock accordion pipe with no AFM.. which confused me a little more.
Just wondering what the build...
