    SP Turbo

Both SP58 and SP6X turbos provide more air than the engine can draw at 14 psi.

    SP Turbo

SP58 is a lot of money and hard work just for 14 psi power. The CT-26 can make as much power if it held that boost.

signs of a starter going bad

It's always good to check the non-starter components first, i.e battery, ground and terminals the problem could be just there, much like how it was with my car. This would save someone the bother of having to take the starter out, which isnt an easy job. I had my old starter out, assuming...

    Loops

Not quite, open loop happens when the engine is cold, or when at above 70-80% throttle. Not too sure about this, all I know is emanage and afc alters the signals from the AFM which affects fuel and timing, but at the same time closed loop mode naturally re-adjusts only the fuel.

    Loops

Closed loop is when the ECU adjusts the fuelling based on the readings of the 02 sensor. Open loop is when at WOT the ECU just fuels the engine based on engine load and RPM.

    12 Volt mod

Pointless mod unless you enjoy testing how good closed loop mode really is, what we want is 9 v all the time :) The walbro just pumps too fuel at any rail pressure at 12 v. The performance at 12 v is only useful to anyone running anything beyond a stock CT-26.

how do i know if im rich

I'm worried that the TCCS thinks 10:1 ratio is acceptable. According to Reg Reimer's information about the TCCS, the WOT "map" is self-adjustable depending on the map developed during closed loop cruising operation. If this is the case, then supras using stock fuel system should not run...

    Walbro install

As for a fuel pump install, be VERY careful of the fuel outlet from the tank. They tend to rust and when you attempt to disconnect it with spanners you can quite easily break the pathetically small metal fuel line. Make sure you have a good enough jack (something that rises atleast 40 cm...

signs of a starter going bad

Here's all I know about the Supra's starting issue... It's not always the starter. The engine gets hot, it heats all the cabling in the car and raises the resistance which usually hampers the amount of voltage delivered to the starter. First you need to check that all the ground straps...
