    Stock exhaust manifold?

I apologize in advance if I've skipped right over this information but after searching through the forums and a few other sources I haven't answered my question just yet. There's plenty of T4 exhaust manifolds I've seen around for sale, however none for the stock CT? Does the stock manifold do a...

    Project or problem?

Been a while since I updated this. Finally broke down and was obvious it was a BHG, so I tore it all down and took the head off. The head needed a good deal of work and I ended up finding a good deal on one that's currently on its way here :icon_bigg Anyhow, here's what i found when I pulled...

    24 Hours of Lemons Build

I always thought these would make awesome Lemons cars. A few friends and I are still scanning out something cheap to dump some money into modding and throwing out on the track just to have fun and see what happens someday soon here. How are the MK3s out on the track, even with cheap/free mods...

    89 supra build

The '87 rear wing also kinda has me confused haha. Way to pick up a nice parts car though, wish I could find something like that!

    MK3 Turbo 1989 Yeah !

I was looking into picking up a set of Skyline wheels just to get something different than the sawblades. Throw up some pictures, I'd be interested in seeing how they look

    HELP Please

Hopefully someone can back you up on this, its a shame to see such a nice car totaled. What's your plan with the car now after the accident? I just picked up an 87 hardtop in the same color, so if you're planning on parting out I might be interested in some parts.

    Project or problem?

Well I got it plated and insured yesterday, drove it to work both days. Unfortunately it wants to run hot so I haven't been driving it more than I have to. Doesn't really seem like a BHG though, its not sucking coolant and only on the way home today did it purge any out of the overflow tank...

    Driftwater 7 action pictures

I know when I had my 86 that a lot of people wanted manual racks but finding one without power steering wasn't too common, so a lot of people swapped them out of 85-89 MR2s. With a few little changes to it you could gain a lot more angle as well as having a manual rack. Not sure if there's been...

    SupraMario's 78 Rolla Build AKA the IS50

Haha yeahh, that's how my 4ac was, basically a single cam carb version of the 4age. Like I said the 4age is no 2jz or even 7m, but for the chassis it'll make a world of difference. Something worth looking into anyhow. Be a decent power boost and N/A which would be cheaper and more reliable than...

    Driftwater 7 action pictures

Hm, didn't' even think of steering angle, then again I haven't really been able to drive my mk3 all that much just yet to think about it too much. I'm sure power isn't a problem, but I can imagine weight can get a little tricky with some quick transfers. Not the choice vehicle for sure, but glad...

    SupraMario's 78 Rolla Build AKA the IS50

Sorry, worded that wrong.. I meant the 4age is more fun than the 2tc even though it only has a little over 100hp.

Was totally considering this too on my pre-89, definitely liking it here on yours. :D Don't really hear about people drifting Supras often, any thoughts after all said and done?

    SupraMario's 78 Rolla Build AKA the IS50

Or even just a stock 4age for now. You'd be surprised how quick the little 1.6 would pull you around in just N/A form. I had an 87 ae86, 4ac and automatic, probably put out just as much power as you're dealing with right now.. but I drove my 87 mr2 5spd around for a while and it was a blast...

    Project or problem?

Finally got the electric fan legitimately wired in to a switch in the dash, instead of being rigged up while driving, which wasn't recommended by far.. Spare fog light switches ftw! :) Just needs a catback fabbed up and its inspectable. Just got hired at a new job so this is on the back burner...

    Im new to this site

Some people don't understand keeping some old things like these alive, trust me I know haha. I was lucky to get an actual copy of the factory service manual with my car, but there's an online version you can reference, which should be more accurate than a Chilton/Haynes copy...

I found a MKIII I'm going to ask about buying...but...

Seems like it all will come down to a test drive to figure the decency of the repair work. I'd also try and see if you can look around and see any exsisting damage as a result of the old accident, like what you found on your 86.5.. Noone likes a wrecked car, but if it's done right it should be...

The Fruition of Obsession -- 310,000 mile makeover --

over 300k? That is an extremely clean chassis given its age and amount of use.. Props to you on a quick swap with minimal problems, your list is looking about the same bolt on wise as my shopping list it seems. Looking forward to seeing it all fall into place :D
