You remove the bolts that hold the axle to the diff. Then take a pry bar and push the axle off the diff. It will not take a lot of pressure to separate the axle from the diff, so make sure all of the bolts are off.
Those pistons are as useful as Pamela Anderson's vagina.
Get a set of CPs. Trust me on this. Blah blah blah, I used probe and they are good. No, they're machining is not very good when it comes to consistency.
Never heard of the "Boost Knob" Steve?
AEM sells it. Varies your boost setting based on the five "clicks" its has which "shows" the standalone a certain voltage and it goes to that boost level.
There you go, adjustability on the fly. :)

Good to hear there is no oil in the pipes, that's what it's for!
What wastegate are you using? If that manifold is a DM one, it should be flanged for an HKS four bolt unless you modified it to use a Tial or another brand.
Thanks! I am glad they give you compliments on the catch can. Maybe...
......are you a troll?
The answer to that question would be the stock one, a CT26. I am assuming since you want to keep the stock ECU that you haven't upgraded anything else.
Nice to hear! Get the spring and update us. Three questions.
1) What internals were used here and I know that you had this build going for years right?
2) I assume you are on a AEM V1. Can it do boost control, I believe it should. Just get a MAC solenoid off of EBay and wire it to the PWM...
Wow, that one is horrible. I still can't get how you cannot park a smart car. It's a puny little car, I believe just a little longer than a fisher price electric cars.
E-Mail Turbonectics and ask them what should be used for your turbo model. .060 reducer is common with ball bearing turbos and I have seen them on a Greddy T3 BUT it does vary depending on the manufacture.
What EMS are you using?
If stock, is it a 1JZ or 2JZ ECU?
How is the car wired? Custom harness or stock?
I am guessing it is some kind of standalone. Are you on the stock map to run a 2JZ? There is usually shielding on the crank sensor wires back to the EMS but I have seen people wire them...
