    Top Feed Injectors

    I use Denso's with my top feed rail. Siemens, Rochester and Dlephi are also good. Stay away from The Venoms, Accel and the TLF rebuilds. Injectors are not what you want to cheap out on when building a turbo car.

    The twin 2871's or the 2540's would do the trick, they are rated at about 400 hp each, but would need a spacer to fit on my manifolds, they both use big compressor housings.

    My manifolds will fit the gt25R, gt28R, gt28RS and the gt2871, anything bigger will need to have spacers on the manifolds to fit the compressor cover. The gt28rs's are good for about 600-650hp, and the gt2871's should be good for about 700-800hp, do you want more? Aslo your standard t25 and t28...

    Engine Management options?

    I have a Mines ECU and a E-manage on top of that. I first had the Mines with a S-AFC then switched to the E-manage and gained like 30+ rwhp at the same boost level, I think mostly because I could tune with Inj duty cycle rather than modifying the Map sensor signal which changes the timing.

    I talked to a DS guy about making one for my car but he said it might cause some strange vibrations, but I am sure it will be less than the worn out carrier bearings that we all have.

The rails will have -8 AN or -6AN inlet and outlets on the ends and include the machined adapters to fit into the manifold. Price will be around $300...

    The cost will be about $1000 for my hand built, thick walled 316 stainless steel twin manifolds. Right now I will only be offering the manifolds and you would have to suuply your own turbos, downpipies etc. I am taking orders now.

    My twin GT28R setup spools up quicker than Turbo Drifters single GT3037 setup. He had the .63 a/r housing which is great. The new GT turbos are so great and efficiant, I dont know why people would go with the old t3 or t4 style turbo's when these cost a fraction more. My turbo's have the .64...

    I am not sure on the price of a 1J swap. It all depends on what mods, custom fabbing is needed with IC pipes , dp, exhaust etc.. The cost should be around $1000-1500 for the install labor, + cost of the engine/ clip. Are you thinking this winter or in a year from now?.

    850 C is about the max you want to go, which is about 1400-1500 F.

    I will be working on a jig to make more of the manifolds at the least and possibly a full turbo kit. The manifolds will be available in about a month or two.
